How to get Authorization from OrthoNet for Physical Therapy and Occupation therapy for Cigna members living in state of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Illinois?


OrthoNet is CIGNA HealthCare's network manager for all HMO and Open Access outpatient physical and occupational therapy services in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Illinois. In Illinois only, PPO members are also part of the covered membership. OrthoNet has also been delegated to provide pre-certification and claims administration services for both in-network as well as medical necessity reviews for out-of-network therapy services.

We need to submit the therapy request form to OrthoNet and need to fill the below information. Its need to be fax #1-888-230-6265
